The Beginning

FOUNDING PARTNERSHIPS

Dr. Alayna Z. B. Smiley is a Virginia-licensed Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon whose career has been built on a foundation of facial surgery, patient care, and clinical excellence. Over more than 40 years, her experience has expanded from private practice facial surgery and aesthetic procedures to military healthcare leadership and academic education. As a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel and former Director of Predoctoral Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Education at Howard University College of Dentistry, Dr. Smiley brings decades of surgical precision, extensive knowledge of facial anatomy, and a personalized, patient-centered approach to every patient she serves at the Ageless Radiance Renewal & Wellness Center.

Dr. Loubna Scally is board-certified physician whose career has been dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care and helping individuals navigate some of life's most challenging health journeys. As a former Radiation Oncologist, she developed a deep appreciation for the importance of preserving not only health, but also confidence, vitality, and quality of life. Today, she brings that same commitment to personalized wellness and aesthetic care, working closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that support healthy aging, bioidentical hormone therapy, IV wellness, peptide therapies, weight optimization, body contouring, and overall well-being. Her thoughtful approach, combined with a genuine passion for helping patients achieve their personal goals, reflects the philosophy at the heart of Ageless Radiance Renewal & Wellness Center.
